The wooden urn creation begins from the soil that allows the tree to grow and reimburses back to soil. Wooden urns are made of walnut, cherry, oak and pine wood. The wood needed for the production of wooden urns is harvested exclusively in forests owned by family business Woodurne.

As previously mentioned the wood is first cut. After that the timber is carefully stacked into piles, where it is naturally dried from two to six months. For the wooden urns the wood has to be artificially dried with low-moisture content in drying chambers.

The wood is then cut and milled in smaller dimensions. The wood is bonded together with durable, moisture-resistant structural adhesives into bigger pieces. With this process we achieve stability and resistance in wood.
The laminated timber is once again cut and the construction of the wooden urns starts. To protect the wooden urns, waterproof adhesive is used. The procedure is followed by milling and air-conditioning to obtain the final shape of wooden urns. The wooden urns are machine and hand brushed and natural polish is applied.
The wooden urns are coated with natural oils and varnishes. After the polishing, the wooden urns are carefully examined and moved into the furniture assembly. The wooden urns are equipped with the desired patterns and then packaged. The procedure of creating a wooden urn comes to an end. Now it can return in a perfect circle to the earth, the origin of its own creation.
